

David Di Rita, has 19 years experience as a real estate and M&A attorney. He recently served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Tower Automotive. Prior to this, David was Deputy General Counsel of Visteon where he played a key role in the development of Visteon Village as well as the Kennedy Square office building on Campus Martius Park. David previously was at Johnson Controls, with lead responsibility for numerous real estate projects involving site acquisition and construction of facilities around the world, including the development of Bridgewater Interiors in Detroit’s Empowerment Zone. He holds a business degree and law degree from the University of Michigan. David serves on the Board of Trustees of the Downtown Detroit Partnership and the Loan Committee of the Lower Woodward Housing Fund.
