James Van Dyke joined the Roxbury Group as its Vice President of Development in July of 2006. During that time, James has served as lead project manager for the Griswold ~ Capitol Park, overseeing all aspect of its design, budgeting and implementation, as well as provided tenant representative services to a number of the firm’s key clients. Prior to that time, James was a leasing associate with Southfield-based REDICO and served as Business Development Manager with its affiliate, RetailWorks. At REDICO, James was responsible for the lease administration of the company’s 15 million square foot real estate portfolio and was actively involved in new development projects, including One Kennedy Square. James earned a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, and currently is a member of the Leadership Detroit XXIX.
