Stacy Fox, a mergers and acquisitions attorney by training, has over 25 years of experience as a corporate executive in the automotive industry. Prior to the Roxbury Group, Stacy served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Transactions and Legal Affairs for Visteon Corporation, where she led the development of Visteon Village, the company’s award-winning global corporate headquarters and oversaw the company’s worldwide real estate activities. Prior to Visteon, Stacy was a corporate officer at Johnson Controls, where she successfully closed over $7 billion in acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture transactions around the world. Stacy received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan. In addition to her work activities, she serves as an appointee of Governor Jennifer Granholm on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Fast Track Land Bank Authority, and was its founding Chair.
