Vince Dattilo, founded CDC, LLC in July of 2005 to serve clients in the real estate development industry as an owner’s representative and client advocate and has worked with the Roxbury Group since 2006. Prior to starting CDC, Vince was the founding partner of a commercial and multi-family construction firm, which also acted as developer on select projects. For twelve years Vince served as director of construction for several projects within the city of Detroit and the surrounding suburbs including Canfield Lofts, Art Center Town and Carriage Homes, Ferry Street Town Homes, Graybar Lofts at 55 West Canfield, and on a number of commercial and office construction projects in metro-Detroit. Vince has taken the lead on all construction related matters for the Roxbury Group and its clients since 2006.
