The Roxbury Group serves as real estate advisor and project manager for the ongoing expansion of TechTown's campus, north of Wayne State University. Initially conceived of as a high-tech business incubator for the University, TechTown has become one the premier centers for fostering entrepreneurship in the United States. This growth has fueled the completion of the campus's TechOne building as well as the expansion into a number of historic buildings in the neighborhood. In addition to providing full service project management, the Roxbury Group, in conjunction with Wayne County and the University, has assisted the TechTown team in the identifying and securing financing sources for these ongoing projects.
